The Des Moines Register recognized various organizations in Iowa based entirely on employee surveys about the workplace. CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate was ranked the No. 1 workplace out of all the ranking midsize businesses.
What Makes Us a Top Workplace of 2023?
Our team of 210 real estate agents and 40 support staff is made up of energetic, positive and forward-thinking go-getters. Our relentless group believes we can accomplish more together than alone and always strives for the highest levels of professionalism.
In the surveys sent out to the team, many mentioned our flexibility, drive to maintain work-life balance, and our energetic environment where every day is different.
“This is a unique workplace,” said Abbie Dorwart, Content Marketing Strategist. “You hear something from leadership and it’s 100% true. They’re very honest and open; everyone is working together to do good things.”
This accessibility and better-together mentality is not just limited to support staff.
“We’re a very flat organization where everyone has access to everyone,” Victoria Stefansen, director of HR, Care and Connection, told the Register. “We’re creating spaces that our agents are showing up to weekly to collaborate and share ideas. We know that we’re better together.”
This year has been one of growth for C21SRE with the addition of more than 60 new agents and six new staff members this year. Our team has grown to 11 offices across Iowa and Illinois.
