My name is April Thulstrup and I am from Gilbert, AZ. (A suburb out of Phoenix)
Tell me about your family.
I have three children…Paige-16, Tucker-14, and Brooke-12. I also have two dogs and two pet rats.
Hobbies?
I love to shop, shop, shop
What are some interesting facts about yourself?
I love spicy food, I’m a crime show junkie, and I am addicted to Starbucks
How long have you been a REALTOR®?
I have been a Realtor for a 2 1/2 years
What did you do before being a Realtor?
I worked in the medical field
What is your favorite neighborhood in Des Moines/Ankeny/Ames?
I have many favorites, but I must say my absolute favorite is South of Grand
Why did you choose CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate?
I have always heard great things about C21 from the people I know that work here, but the thing that most attracted me was the team environment.
What do you like about the culture here at C21®?
I like how everyone is so welcoming and inviting. It really reminds me of the team atmosphere that I am use to while working in the medical field.
What tools do you find helpful for your business?
Social Media, Staying in contact with past clients (pop bys), Having an outgoing personality and the ability to get along with all types of people and personalities.
Why are you passionate about being a Realtor?
I love helping people, I also love the social aspect of real estate and meeting new people.
