Andy currently lives in Granger with his wife, Lindsey and four boys, Kainen 12, Hudson 6, Tripp 3, and Wells who was born in August. “I have always loved real estate and think it will be satisfying to be able to help people find new homes and sell their current homes to move on to the next step in their life.” Schirman said about being a realtor.

What is your name, where are you from, and where do you currently live?
Andy Schirman, grew up in Perry, and currently, live in Granger. My wife Lindsey and I have 4 boys (Kainen 12, Hudson 6, Tripp 3, and Wells who was born in August) We’ve also got a 3-year-old chocolate lab named Motley.
When you’re not busy in real estate, what do you enjoy doing?
I love to run and usually train for 2 to 3 half marathons a year, play slow pitch softball with a group of friends, and I enjoy making stuff out of wood.
What did you do before you became a Realtor?
I was an accountant for approximately 12 years, but most recently I’ve been selling handmade signs, cutting boards, etc on Etsy along with making some custom furniture full time for the last 3 years.
Why are you passionate about being a REALTOR®?
I have always loved real estate and think it will be satisfying to be able to help people find new homes and sell their current homes to move on to the next step in their life.
What are three words your clients use to describe you?
No clients yet, but most that know me would probably say kind, funny, and dependable.
Why did you choose C21®?
I feel that there’s a good training plan in place especially for someone like me with no past realtor experience. I also love the atmosphere and the people I’ve met so far!
What do you like about the culture here at C21®?
So far everyone seems very friendly and helpful.
What’s your favorite neighborhood in Des Moines/Ankeny?
I like the Prairie Trail area in Ankeny and the Jordan Creek area in West Des Moines.
