What’s your name?
Megan Martin.
What did you do before real estate?
Patient advocate at a hospital.
Where are you from?
I grew up on a dairy farm in Ossian, Iowa, which is in the northeast corner of Iowa.
Where do you live?
Pleasant Hill.
What are your hobbies?
I love outdoor concerts, running, chasing my kids and seeing my large family.
If you had a superpower, what would it be?
I would want the powers of the main lady in ‘Bewitched’ so I could just rub my nose and dinner would be done, the laundry would be done, all would be well in the house.
What is your dream vacation?
Maybe Hawaii or a safari.
If you weren’t in real estate, what would your dream job be?
I think I would be a great country music star. I just can’t sing!
What is your Starbucks order?
Carmel macchiato.
What do you like to drink?
Blue Moon.
Cats or dogs?
Dogs.
What show are you binge watching right now?
I should be embarrassed but I love MTV so ‘Siesta Key’, ‘Jersey Shore’ and ‘Teen Mom.’
What kind of music do you listen to?
Country music.
Are you an introvert or an extrovert?
Extrovert.
What is the last book you read?
I just finished ‘Before We Were Yours’ but I read ”Twas The Night Before Christmas’ about four times a night to my son.
What is your favorite dessert?
Cookies and cream ice cream.
What’s on your bucket list?
Take my kids to Walt Disney World.
Describe yourself in 3 words?
Compassionate, energetic and dependable.
Are you an early bird or a night owl?
I have a three-year old and a six-month old so both!
Why real estate?
The connections with people. Buying or selling a house is such a big deal and I’d love to help people through that process.

I have felt such a welcoming presence since the moment I walked in the door here. I’ve enjoyed everyone I’ve gotten to know.
