MORE THAN MORE
Real estate is about more than just “more sales” and “more earnings.” Our passion is to empower agents to grow businesses that impact and improve the lives of others.
More Than More
More Than More is our reminder that real estate is about more than just sales. It’s about people, relationships, and building something bigger than yourself. It’s a mindset that values purpose over pressure and impact over income. Whether you’re helping a client, mentoring a teammate, or giving back to your community, our goal is the same: do work that matters and make a difference that lasts.
Impact
Impact is our giving initiative led by agents, staff, and leaders who care deeply about their communities. Throughout the year, team members nominate people or groups making a difference but needing support. Local committees review nominations and direct funds to where they’re needed most. Every dollar raised goes to the cause, helping us give back in real and personal ways.
Orphans of Teso
Orphans of Teso is our global outreach partnership supporting vulnerable children in Uganda. In partnership with Children’s HopeChest, we fund three CarePoints that provide education, nutrition, clean water, and faith-based care. Each child is supported to survive, thrive, and lead. What began as a small connection has grown into long-term impact and lasting hope for generations.
More Than More
Chris and Sarah Chiaramonte
Chris and Sarah Chiaramonte are making an impact in the River Bend Neighborhood and Bates Park Historic District in which they live. “It’s really cool to center what we want to do outside of real estate and incorporate real estate into that, rather than the other way around.”
Abbey Robertson
We absolutely loved hearing about Abbey Robertson’s journey to adopt Grace and Abigaelle, and what she and her girls are doing to help those Orphans at Jonathan’s House for Orphans – Central African Republic!
Roger & Rob Wheeler
Roger Wheeler and Rob Wheeler’s “More Than More” story started with a mission trip to an Indian Reservation in South Dakota. Today, with over 30 years of real estate experience between them, Roger and Rob are leveraging their careers to impact and improve the lives of others.
Tami Hicks
Meet one of our Ames agents, Tami Hicks. Tami is the co-founder of Overflow Thrift Store in Ames that gives 100% of its profits to charities, ministries, orphans, and more. Hear her “More Than More” story, how real estate supports it, and how she is impacting and improving the lives of others.
William Stokes
During his time playing for the Iowa Barnstormers, William Stokes saw a need to help inner-city kids and athletes right here in the Des Moines metro. Now as a REALTOR® with Century 21, William is involved with Fully Focused and Fully Focused Sports and Fitness.
C21® Impact
A Giving Initiative Powered by People
At CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate, we believe real estate is about more than just property—it’s about people. C21SRE Impact is our community giving initiative, led by local committees of agents, staff, and leadership in each region. Throughout the year, team members nominate individuals, families, and organizations in their communities who are doing good but could use a little help. These nominations are thoughtfully reviewed by each committee, and funds are distributed directly to those in need. Every dollar raised goes straight to the cause with no administrative fees, allowing us to make a meaningful difference, right where we live and work.

Making an Impact Together
This is more than a donation. It’s a reflection of our culture and values. By putting giving in the hands of the people who know their communities best, we’re able to create real, lasting impact. Whether it’s helping a neighbor through a tough season or supporting a grassroots effort that’s changing lives, C21SRE Impact is how we come together to serve, support, and strengthen the communities we’re proud to be part of.
Orphans of Teso
Empowering Orphans Through Community Led-Care
For more than 15 years, Orphans of Teso has partnered with local villages in Eastern Uganda, including Bukedea, Ogoloi, and Ongongoja, to provide holistic support that lifts up vulnerable children and their families. Through education sponsorship, access to clean water, family farming, and health education, each CarePoint becomes a place of hope and transformation. Support does more than meet immediate needs. It creates long-term opportunity and gives children the chance to grow, learn, and thrive.

Transformative Sponsorship: Invest in Hope, Growth & Future
Sponsoring a child through Orphans of Teso is more than a monthly gift. It’s a commitment to a better future. Financial support helps cover school fees, meals, and healthcare, while also funding larger projects like clean water wells, fruit tree planting, and income-generating programs for families. These efforts help entire communities become more self-sustaining. With partnerships, children are given the tools they need to move forward with confidence, surrounded by a community that believes in them.
