We are looking for an experienced real estate professional to join our expanding Education and Coaching Team. This position works alongside the Director of Education and New-Agent-Success-Coach to help our agents build profitable, sustainable, and enjoyable businesses through coaching and consultative support. The Agent Success Coach will support our agent-clients by helping them maximize their value from our comprehensive tools and systems portfolio and a vast array of agent platforms available in the industry.

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of real estate experience and must currently be licensed, or have the ability to obtain an Iowa Real Estate license. He/She must be a teacher at heart, with a passion to help others thrive and grow. They should also be “tech-savvy” and possess a solid understanding of the local real estate environment and an ability to always be learning and researching innovation and new resources within the real estate world.

This role is based out of our Ankeny branch but serves the greater Des Moines market.

The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, with a passion for customer service and strong administrative skills. They would be licensed to sell real estate (or have the ability to be licensed) in the state of Iowa and have some real estate sales experience.
